Ready or Not – is Twenty 10’s dynamic training program on working with young people who may be gay, lesbian bisexual or transgender, or questioning their sexual or gender identity.The purpose of this training is to :
Explore and challenge the impacts and nature of homophobia.
Be able to identify the pressures that face young gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth.
Provide practical knowledge and information that will assist workers in their interactions with young gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people and their families.
Assist service providers to develop strategies to support and empower young gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth in their area.
