The need we have identified...
Young people value having a place where they can hang out and be themselves. Such a place can be hard to find when you don't have a lot of money to spend of a job or school to go to. Additionally, family conflict can interrupt the learning of life skills that so many people take for granted.
The plan we have...
Twenty10 has self-funded a Drop-In Service since 2007, five days a week, through donations and philanthropic grants. We know it is now one of our most utilised and needed services.
Morning programs offer life skill development, while afternoon provides unstructured drop-in time.
We hope to expand the range of workshops we have happening during Structured Drop-In. We also plan to continue to have enough staff available to attend to young people who arrive in crisis or need immediate support.

How you can help...
Make a donation right now or join our Giving Program, with a monthly donation.
$40 per month provides one frozen lunch daily
$50 per month keeps our cupboard stocked with laundry powder and toiletries.
$150 purchases appropriate clothing for a young person
If you have the time, volunteer and provide hospitality in the Drop-in Centre on a weekly or fortnightly basis. For more information on volunteering, click here.
The vision we are working towards...
Young people build confidence, skills and social networks, which they carry with them out in to the world and their future.
Dedicated staff and volunteers provide a safe, engaging space that compliments the one-on-one support offered by other Twenty10 programs.
Twenty10 is a visible part of the Newtown community.
