At Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW we offer a number of services for people of all ages over 18. These include our telephone support and webchat through QLife and our adult social support groups.

QLife: Telephone Support and Web Chat
Even if you are living in rural or regional areas, you can access support every night of the year through Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW's QLife Evening Phone Support and Web Chat lines may be a good place for you to start to have some of these conversations.
Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW's QLife Evening Phone Support Lines and Web Chat are free, anonymous and confidential, offering telephone support, web chat information and referral services.
QLife provides nation-wide, early intervention, peer supported telephone and web based services to support. Trained community members who personally understand the lived experience of thinking about gender, sexuality and/or intersex status, can talk withyou and provide you with someone to talk with, and explore appropriate options or referrals.
