*Our Safer Space Guidelines

All groups at Twenty10 operate within our Safer Spaces Guidelines which we ask everyone to be part of so that everyone feels and is included and safe, both physically and mentally.

On your first visit, our facilitators will introduce you to our Safer Space Guidelines in more detail.

Twenty10 considers a safer space to be:

Built on mutual respect and personal responsibility

Welcoming and supportive of the wide range of diversity within the LGBTIQ communities

Free from homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism and other negative discrimination

Respectful of personal boundaries

Respectful of the physical space, facilities and materials provided.

A drug and alcohol free space.

Creating a safer space for everyone is not just about physical safety - it is also about making people feel comfortable, welcome, included, and emotionally safe in other ways. Everyone is responsible for helping to create a safer space for everyone.
