December Monthly Dinner is Wednesday 7th December
This December we will be commemorating at Monthly Dinner World Aids Day by having discussion over dinner about issues around HIV/AIDS and how they impact young people and our communities.
MONTHLY DINNER IS A SOCIAL EVENT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE 20+ YRS
Come along to Twenty10, 45 Bedford St Newtown
From 5pm join us to cook & prepare the room;
From 6 - 7:30pm we eat, talk & hang out!
Why have we started monthly dinners?
During our last round of Youth Consultations at Twenty10, our participants identified that there was a lack of social events offered by Twenty10 that catered to young people who were in their 20s.
In response to this, we've decided to hold a Monthly Dinner in the Aurora Room (1st Wednesday of every month). We're hoping to create a space for hang-outs, chats & possible discussions. The aim is to create a social space that is separate from "the scene"(i.e. clubs & pubs) where people can make friends.
