No matter where in New South Wales you are, you can get information, referrals, support and advocacy through our phone helpline or via email at Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW.

If you are under 26 you can also chat with us in person.

Our specially trained volunteers and staff identify as LGBTIQA+ so you know you are speaking with a peer and you won’t be judged for being you.

If you are a parent, family member, friend or a professional, you can chat with us too.

If you are unsure where to begin, QLife is a great place to start.

If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service

The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) provides access to phone and on-site interpreting services in over 150 languages.
