COVID-19 precautions and closures

Due to the rapidly changing environment around COVID-19 and to ensure the health & wellbeing of our service users, staff and the broader community, we have made the decision to close Drop In, Out West and Social Saturday from 16th March for the rest of the month of March. (Updated 27 March: Services are now suspended until further notice.)

If you require brokerage, pantry goods or any other support, please feel free to get in touch with us via 02 8594 9555 or by filling out our contact form.

Please note, these spaces are our social spaces – all housing and counselling clients will be contacted by case managers and workers individually about upcoming appointments.

You can get in touch with the following services if you need to make an appointment:
Kirketon Road Centre: 9360 2766
Burton Street Clinic: 9361 8078
Inner City Legal Centre: 1800 244 481
Please note, these services may also be experiencing high demand or a reduction of services.

We will also be making some our services available via Zoom, and sharing a bunch of other helpful resources via our website.

The NSW Health website has good, up to date information about the Covid-19 virus, and remember there’s lots of simple, easy to follow steps to protect your health and that of your family, friends and community.

Even though Drop In is closed, Twenty10 is open everyday to assist via phone or email. QLife is also open from 3pm – midnight if you would like to talk or webchat with a peer support worker: 1800 184 527
