Make a difference for future generations
How to leave a Bequest in your Will
You can help us fulfill our vision by leaving a bequest to Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW in your will.
A bequest is a generous way of leaving a mark and creating new opportunities for future generations.
The generosity of bequestors will allow us to keep responding to the changing needs of LGBTIQA+ people, families and communities for future generations. Twenty10 can use such funds to expand our work in rural communities, improve the access to our metropolitan services and build the capacity of the organisation to continue our work.
Types of bequests
After providing for your family and friends, you may wish to leave a gift to Twenty10 in your will.
There are a variety of choices available to you in making this gift:
- The whole of the estate;
- The residue of the estate;
- A percentage of the estate;
- A specific amount of money;
- A house or property;
- Various other arrangements that your lawyer could advise on.
A solicitor, trustee company or the Public Trustee will be able to help you with the various wordings and documentation required in the preparation of your will. The attached file has some suggested wordings that you can discuss with your legal advisor.
