Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW: Space to be you

Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW works with people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender diverse, intersex, questioning, queer, asexual and more, LGBTIQA+ people and others of diverse genders and sexualities, their families and communities.
We are a Sydney based service working across New South Wales, providing a broad range of specialised services for young people aged 12-25 including housing, mental health, counselling and social support. For adults we provide social support and for people of all ages we offer telephone support and webchat as the NSW provider for the national QLife project. We also offer inclusivity training and consulting for organisations and service providers across most sectors.
Our Guiding Principles
Create safer spaces that value people for who they are
We value spaces of mental and physical safety, where people can explore and express their identities and engage positively and fully in the world.
Work in collaboration with our clients and communities
We actively engage with our clients and communities, listen to and respond to their needs, and build strategic alliances to support them.
Be Accountable, reflect on and adapt our practice
We are committed to delivering high quality, professional services in an ethical framework, and to continuously adapt our practice through a culture of seeking feedback and self-reflection.
Work for Human rights and Social justice
We value advocating with and on behalf of our communities to bring about changes in the legal, cultural and social systems that impact negatively on them.
Our Board of Governance
Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW is governed by a skills-based board of volunteers, including at least one youth representative, who contribute their time and skills to ensuring that the governance of Twenty10 is sound and supporting the work of staff and volunteers.
Positions on the board are available from time to time. Prior board experience is desirable but not essential. Contact us to register your interest.

Our Patron – Magda Szubanski
Twenty10 inc GLCS NSW is proud and delighted to have Magda Szubanski as our Patron.

I feel a real connection with the young people at Twenty10 and I admire their courage and resilience. I know many of them have had to face bigger obstacles in life than I have. I take being the Patron of Twenty10 to be more than a figure head and love to spend time with the young people. I’ll do whatever I can to make young LGBTIQA lives brighter.
Our Annual Reports
Twenty10 inc GLCS NSW’s annual reports offer a snapshot of our activities for the financial year (July to June). They include our programs, services, projects, events as well as the financial report for that period.
